Luster's challenged us to discover a way to take a legendary haircare product and introduce it to a younger consumer. Trending was the concept we created. It focused on the social media "likes' and affirmations that followers and friends give young women on their posts.

The tv follows the young woman from the completion of her hair, posting of it on social media and her inevitable positive reaction as she discovers she is "trending." The print ad takes her social media post and highlights the responses and likes that she received.

The campaign was fortunate enough to a Telly Award Winner. WinningTop Prize in the Local Market (Silver) and 2nd in the Region (Bronze).

A digital outreach on social media was planned but was altered with a revised SOW.
